We offer a variety of topics for Schools looking to hire our mobile planetarium. Each show starts with an Introduction into Astronomy, followed by a full dome film featuring different subjects, such as Earth Science, Maths, or Astronomy.
A visit by Exploration Dome counts as a “Step: Invite a Science Speaker to your School” for the Award of Science & Maths.

Online Science / Astronomy Classes
To bring the wonders of the Universe to your doorstep, we now provide Online Classes. Online classes are provided through ZOOM (or whatever platform preferred by the teacher.)
Science topics like Astronomy, Biology, Maths (fractals) are planned in collaboration with teachers.
- Fun and interactive virtual sessions.
- Sessions are line with the Irish Science Curriculum for Schools.
- No need to have a third-party in the school.
- Sessions are suitable for both National and Secondary schools.
Science / Astronomy School Show
Following government guidelines, we now provide in-class virtual STEAM sessions to bring the wonders of the Universe to your doorstep.
- Visits will be given with full PPE and social distancing.
- Science topics like Astronomy, Biology, Maths (fractals) are planned in collaboration with the teachers.

Educational Planetarium Show
Exploration Dome brings you STEAM/STEM shows in our mobile Planetarium. The Planetarium is a blacked-out dome with 360° projection inside. Science Subjects like Astronomy, Biology, Maths (fractals) will come to life during our virtual interactive shows. No need to leave your school—we will bring the Universe to your doorstep!
